It would be great if a CH trainer did have this but PWixard has already said there will be be more added features, just continued support. This is a great game and is shouting out for a Mega trainer but you have to respect their decision.
I've tried most other available trainers and they never work for me and just keep crashing my game, instead I tried a couple of Mods (from Justcause2mods) and works great (now have longer grappling and open Black Market) but don't offer no heat.
If you have the Retail version (Steam not supported yet) then the sister site CheatScape does this for you with a different trainer and offers these options if you willing to pay the $5: Infinite Health, Infinite Ammo/No Reload, Super Accuracy, Freeze Vehicles, Add 1,000 Chaos, Add 1 Weapon Part, Add 1 Armor Part, Breathe Underwater, Kill Mission Timers, Easy Kills, Infinite Grenades/Explosives, Disable Heat (Alarm), Air Launch, Add $10,000 Cash, Add 1 Vehicle Part, Tank Mode, Kill Hack Timers.
