My suggestion from Double Agent is if the game is made with the same engine it may have problems running with dual/quad core processors. If it may help try this.
Go to directory where you installed the game, right click on the exe file that the game uses to start, click on Send to Desktop (Create Shortcut). After that on the desktop right click on the shortcut you just created and click on properties. In the target field after the quotation marks "" hit space and type -ll. That's what worked for Double Agent I know for sure.
I hope that helped you out.
srry it didn't work. A permanent internet is required to play the game. F ing DRM stuff.
.
I have been told that it could be the games servers or i got a f ed copy of the game .
Anyone correct me if I am wrong, but if you activate the game once isn't there a way to keep running the game without the need of internet connection. I think I read that somewhere, but I do not remember where. You can try contacting UbiSoft about a way to play the game without an active internet connection.
UBI says that u need one all the time. the game is connected to your UBI account due to the fact that your save games are saved online and on your PC. this is so if go to a different computer and install the game you can pick up where you left off, or if you have to reformat your PC you can pick up where you left off. this is also how they will catch thous with downloaded copy's of the game that aren't D2D or from Steam SRRY.
this is the link to the page with all the info.
