hiya!!! i hav cs 1.6 wher playin wid bots wrk bt when i clik on find servers i find nothing it says counld not retrieve master......server bla bla bla pls help me out

I believe you have to patch your version in order to find the servers. However it will disable the bots so do patch carefully.

Also you should try to find CS servers manually, I believe there were several websites like www.gametracker.com from where you can easily find servers in whatever country you live.

There's a patch to enable the online playing, it's illegal here though..right ?

Patching doesn't always help try downloading masterserver. Just google it and put it in your cstrike folder.
