AVG is a good program, however, it seems that it likes to block the system administrator (ie. you) from opening certain files. If you have trouble opening any type of file and/or you get the error "cannot find the specified path, blah blah, or you may not have permissions to this file" uninstall avg completely. This is what i did... it worked perfectly, and it got rid of the "not a valid archive crap" i was getting when trying to extract the files to my trainers folder. Hope this helps.
