The PC trainer which is a money trainer is nice but, like with the Roman game it isnot a necessity. There are more than enough cheat codes in Tropico to make a trainer unneccessary. With so many cheats it makes doing a trainer of any value extremely hard as PWiz will tell you, and you don't need it anyhow. Use the cheat codes and you will be fine.
