My simple question is: why, at least, the trainer regardin original version of the game, unpatched, couldn't be made public release?
PS: If I could afford the unlimited membership I've upgraded to that because I'm not the patient kind of person.

A few obvious ones:
The game has been out for less than a month for one thing. On that 'new' basis alone it's understandable why it won't simply be released free, regardless of whether the version is current or not.
Also, many times these quick game updates are minor and/or don't really bring a noticeable benefit to most users; therefore, you would get some people trying to 'hold back' on the updates so they could keep using the fully-featured release (should that happen). This wouldn't be so easy on a steam version as it would try and forceably update, but on retail like this game, people could abuse it (promising to purchase later, which 99% of the time will never happen).
In addition, there are no other reliable working trainers for this game, certainly not for any of the updates, so it's not as if there is any need to 'compete' for example. You have to also understand that CH is ultimately a business, and sticking out public releases on all initial versions wouldn't bode well.

This is a business, and it is upto the owner's will to manage its affairs. Your feedback will have limited or no effect on deciding whether to make this trainer public or not. If you cannot afford unlimited, write a decent FAQ to become unlimited for life at no charge.

Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.
