I'm working on my mage play through and I am in the Fade. Well I have a bunch debuffs on me and I can't get them to go away. Like I have Fireball ticking away on my and it says there is -0 seconds remaining. I tried to use the Trainer option to remove harmful spells and it doesn't work. I was wondering if there was a console command to remove them? Also, there is an issue where if anyone of the other NPCs get knocked down they are perma stuck on the floor. Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Sorry for poor punctuation, spelling, and all that other jazz.

I'm having the same problem. I alt tab out of the game while playing and somehow hit a key while chatting that shouldn't be activating the trainer. It doesn't seem to be consistent and whatever it does triggers all buffs and debuffs to stay. What is worse is that if it happens, saving the game, quitting and coming back in doesn't fix the issue. Sometimes it is really game breaking by being paralyzed or stuck in crushing prison or whatnot.
I'm fairly certain this is due to the apostrophe key in some way. The unlimited rogue stealth is hitting all buffs/debuffs. I will probably try to rebind it to something else.
This seems to have worked. Rebind the rogue stealth key to something else you're not likely to hit.
