I dunno about you guys, but the people who do the Dev Console hack program have almost the same setup as SP mode. I bet by now you have seen this in the Multiplayer version and its quite like it. Super Jump, infinite ammo, god mode.
I am not putting anyone in here at fault, but just seems like coincidence. Weird huh?

i haven't seen anything like that only aimbotting Australia is full of them.
