Hi Basically what I have done is turned off my AV. And I tried to extract wchr-ironbreaker.exe to the desktop witch works. Then I try to run wchr-ironbreaker.exe but I get a message.
“Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.”
I’m really stuck here and would appreciate some help from cheathappens.com on how to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.
I downloaded the "Witcher Enhanced Promo Trainer" and it worked fine with out any problems why dose the original not work?

Your AV or other security software is blocking it. It's the only possibility.

I am having the same problem with the Dawn of War Chaos Rising Trainer. Was working fine about 8 hours ago and now it gives me the same error. I however do not have an Anti-Virus program on the computer, nor have I don't anything to my system that would have brought on the change. I got finished playing DoW2:CR last night, turn the game off, turned the trainer off.. and went to bed. When I woke up (didn't turn the computer off btw, left it running and it didn't restart) I didn't have sufficient authority to run it.
Now I can't even download the trainer again off the site, on Firefox the download doesn't start and on Chrome it starts but doesn't finish.

Run the trainer under an administrator account or give the trainer administrator privileges.
Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

Same as the thread owner.
Running win 7 64-bit Get the trojan Warning if i inspect the DL (disregarding that) Extracting it Setting Administrator Priviliges Trying to run file, it wont even start up. Tried run it in diffrent compatibility modes with no change. Tried run it with AVG off, and firewalls off, no change.
Anyone have any workable ideas?
*edit* 1. I opened the file again, the properties, and saw that this file was blocked (below the write protection box) and had to manually unblock it.
2. Open up AVG and the resident shield, add the file to exceptions
3. Run file as administrator, and it should start up
