Here are some I know off that are of some interest:

A bubble blaster (Funky gun)

Once you get there, you'll see a tower. Grapple to the top and you'll find a bubble gun. Usless in fights but good laugh.

Dead whale on beach

You can blow this whale up and reveal an upgrade inside.

Hot Air ballon

To get this off the ground, shoot of all four sand bags, press Y on pad to activate the burners (Or whatever your using) and you've got to run in the direction you want it to move in.

Lost Island

This is the lost island hatch. If you get a gib plane and fly towards this, your plane will catch fire and fall outta the sky, then dive out and run towards the co-ordination and you'll see the hatch.

Snow Man

This is kinda funny. Once you find him, activate him with whatever key you've got set, Xbox pad is Y. He says some real funny things.

I've found a few more things, like the high flying dance studio, the shark tale on a motor Etc.

There are alot of things in the game, when I get time I'll type down the rest of the co-ordinates for you all okay.

i have a funny easter egg you will find billboards with the face of the new panu president its just a big face. graple in the middle then press e if your using pc or a if xbox360 sry dont know ps3 buttons then the billboard face has glasses and a funny nose.
