Yes, yes you do.
I'm not one to brag about my financial skills, but my credit card company calls me almost every day to tell me my balance is outstanding.

Clearly this game miss some of the drop features of the first one, I miss the drop any available vehicle you have unlocked. Now we have to buy it anytime we want a vehicle.

Yeah I also think that is a negative thing of this game. It cost a lot as well.

It's ridiculously easy to just edit your money with CoSMOS. There're probably guides here for using it already, but it's really simple. 1. Start JC2. 2. Find your money value (i.e., 12345). 3. Alt+Tab and fire up CoSMOS. 4. Open Just Cause 2 process. 5. Put "12345" (or whatever your money was) into the Hex box and make sure that Scan Type is set to Exact Value and Value Type is 4 Bytes. 6. Click First Scan. 7. Go back into the game, purchase something and make a not of what your money is now (i.e., was 12345 now 12300 or whatever). 8. Put that into the Hex box in CoSMOS, click Next Scan. It will have very few options left in the Address/Value box on the left hand side, if there is only one, that's the one you want. If not, repeat steps 7 and 8 until you only have one option. 9. Double click that option so that it then appears in the bottom box. 10. Double-click Value, edit it to whatever you want, I did 100M, and that's more than enough for everything. 11. You are done, enjoy.
