i experienced the same **** as this guy:

So, i just finished downloading and installing the digital download i bought from the gamestop website. but when the game loads up (after logging in from the flash screen) it asks for my info again.. so i give it, but it gives me that message. obviously im online, since it was able to download the patches required for the game to start =/ any ideas?

got the same problems and the game is bought online and downloaded with EADM

any help very much apreciated, since the crack for offline singleplayer doesnt budge eather

but thats for C&C generals and it automaticly patches when you startup the game
