Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight Message Board  

This is really disasterous. It is become more disaster than I think since C&C 3 and RA 3. I thought they will make a improvement from the base C&C idea but THIS is really dissapointed. POPULATION? WTH are they thinking? I know they just want to try to relate this epic game to our reality world but they not realize that they already stab to death the HEART of this game.

actually it is much better than other command and conquers i mean you have more mobility you never run out of money cos there is none you don't have to build a stupid base all the time and they made brand new units for this so i say you have bad judgment and anyone i have played with will agree

The problem is they ruined the story and the gameplay. If it was one or the other it might be forgivable.

i just finished playing the game. got it very late. firstly i'd like to thank Pwiz and Cal for their lovely trainer which worked beautifully and made the game somewhat playable. i won't call it the worst RTS...but its definitely a mess. neither here nor there. don't know whether to laugh or to cry. its one huge mess of a game. its as if the developers were in a rush to get it done and over with.

one person of so many that has said that this game is bad. i suggest you go through all five pages of this thread, and many pages of the other threads that say the same thing that i am. its quite unbelievable that you think that this game is good,base building and ore collecting is what made command & conquer such a great game. look at tiberian dawn and red alert, the graphics were good for its time, now its like a acarde game but it is still fun to play and enjoyable. the essence of Command & Conquer, the heart of it has been ripped out and thrown in the bin.

i agree with 'mousepad' . base building and tiberium harvesting were the cornerstones for the C&C series. they were one of the many positive attributes that made C&C so enjoyable. to do away with it completely is one thing..but to drastically overhall everything that made C&C memorable seems more like a very deliberate attempt to sabotage and end the series.
