Hey guys i followed the instructions for the item cheat mod but i still dont understand how to get the weapons please help

SO you press the numpad / if it doesn't show up, press alt + tab. You'll see this app that says all kinds of stuff like damage critical chance. Edit those for the items that you want and then press F1. FIrst you must unequip the item if you are wearing or using it.

That's for the trainer's item modifier function, not for the Item Cheat Mod.
