1.How Can I Loan my players ? much player i have is at 60~70 lvl,and when i play in first team,their skill isn't enough >.<
2.how to put my Reverse team into a leage(ex:coca cola league,or south confrence,or whatever) there's only win , draw n Lose,but i dont know where my reverse team played in..

in the english league there are reserves leagues there is where ur 2nd team play but for example in the spanish league the 2nd team play in the 2B league, if u want that ur 2nd team in the englis league plays in an actual league (cocacola championship, etc) modify the league compsition to put ur 2nd team to play there
and for loan the players u can offer them really really cheap to a lower league team or just put them in the transfer list as loan not sell
