It's not completely out. For the US it has been released, but for other countries no. I just finished installing it myself.

I just finished first four missions bit of a let down actually IMO its CnC3 meets Supreme Commander minus base building

yeah... i guess i should have read up on it myself... they completely removed base building. base building was in EVERY command & conquer until now. IMO... they ended the tiberium franchise with a 50 dollar turd.

I cant speak for them, but i am not sure, I messed around with a UCE and unless its all encrypted, or whatever, i couldn't find anything
