Has anyone else completed an achievement, but it didn't unlock or give you the gems for it? i have a couple achievements that i've do what it says to do, for example i completed all the scenarios but it did not unlock the achievement or gems for doing that

I've also had this problem on a couple of the new 'Venice' missions! I thought it was just me. Seems like this is a new glitch.
I completed all quests in 'the diMercante case' and didn't get the achievement 'master spy'.
I also completed all quest in 'Scourge of the 7 seas' with well over 100,000 bounty on my head, but still did not unlock the achievements that went with that mission.

i completed the incognito misson before the 30 minute deadline and it didn't unlock, same with istars labyrinth. I hope this glitch will be fixed!

did you mod the game? if so than the achievements are locked. They implemented that protection in one of the patches

yes, if i remove the mod will it unlock again?

yes it will, just change Preferlocalfiles back to 0 in engine.ini and you're fine
