Sim City 4: Rush Hour Message Board  

This cheat is a park you HAVE to goto to the simcity.com website then click on the SC4 link to get to. Then goto exchange, then search for Special Park. There should be a few of them, make sure you download the oldest one, all the other ones DO NOT work. When you do download this park goto your game then build a park, it SHOULD be the first object in the parks tab... build as many as you want then put the game on triple speed. It will make you TRILLIONS of dollars. right now my city has 65 Trillion in its budget. Also when you goto the budget screen the ordinances tab will have an unusual expense on that Pink tab, make sure you activate ALL ordinances.. Then the budget people will say your SWIMMING in money. I have No clue who made the park, I'm just glad the did.. It is Virus free too. Please post any questions if you need to.
