So can I use the version 1.05 trainer with a digital download version of the game?

Well from STEAM yes.

guys please how do i do this the trainer works and i hear the ACTIVATED sound and i activate all the options i need and when i activate the UNLIMITED HEALTH when the guys attack my health decreeses but and my enemy has unlimited life and the only way to kill him it to attack him with melee can anyone help thanks

you need to press F1 when you are playing the ACTUAL game, not at the main menu or anywhere else.

and you need to keep on repeating this if the option don't appear to be working.

this is because this game's memory allocation is like that.

no i mean all the options work but when i activate the UNL. HEAL. option it gives my enemies UNL. HEAL. and only way to kill them is to use melee

Follow what everyone else is saying - You need to be IN-GAME already, and THEN hit F1; enter your cheats. You may need to do it every level for it to work.

One thing I noticed though, with the Unlimited Health mode, it works - but if you have a rocket shot at you, or any explosion hits you, your dead. Can anyone else confirm this? Thanks!
