Well as the title says when I check the Anchorage.esm it unchecks again.
I tried it again and again and it still wouldn't work.
Any ideas?

Something wrong with your mouse, maybe the button might be getting stuck? (I know I sound stupid saying this).
Or did you try updating the game, there might be great possibilities of your Fallout 3 launcher getting bugged.
