Our Mass Effect 2 Trainer is now available and supports ORIGIN.
Our Mass Effect 2 message board is available to provide feedback on our trainers or cheats.
Had success with the Mass Effect 1 (1.02) trainer so I thought I'd try the Mass Effect 2 (1.01) one but it's not working for me.
After the game starts, I press F1 and can hear the 'Trainer Activated' sound effect, status bar says 'Game found! Trainer Activated'.
Unfortunately, none of the trainer hotkeys produce any sounds or do what they're supposed to.
I do not have those keys bound to anything in-game, can confirm I am running 1.01 and I couldn't find those .dlls left over by h4x0r-made trainers.... so I do not really know what's wrong.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Your AV or other security software or OS permissions are blocking it.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.
Disabled my AV's resident shield, I don't use UAC so no need to run as admin, did anyway.
Still not working.
Additional note: I'm using a "fixed" exe. Would that be the cause?

unless your numlock key is off (or you're not using the numpad keys) then something is blocking it.

Checked Numlock is on, tried key customizer so that we can bypass the num keys... unfortunately it still won't work for me.
Here's the weird thing, the BReWErS 1.01 trainer works for me even though it also uses Numpad keys. I understand different trainers are coded differently but thought I'd let you know in the chance that it may be useful info.

Something is blocking it, it's the only possibility. Your AV service or some other software. You can't compare one trainer to another, they use entirely different templates.

Are you running Mass Effect 2 over steam and did you install the new steam-build (new look)?

What OS are you running? If you're running OS Vista or Windows 7, you should run the trainer as an administrator. Or you should try to disable your UAC in Control Panel. Or you can use some tweak to run it in silent mode. Try this and let me know if this work or not.
