Before you go to take on the second Big Sister,hurt the little sister to enrage a Big Daddy,and lure out the Big Sister and when the Big Daddy and the Big Sister meet,the Big Daddy will take care of her for you.
NOTE: The Only Problem Afterwards Will Be That You Will Have To Defeat The Big Daddy And A Few Splicers.

You could always get him enraged and then after he kills the big sister you can use the plasmid that makes them your ally and then just walk away from him or use him until he dies.
