Does anyone know if there is any console command cheats for achievements? I noticed after completing both the Marine and Alien campaigns I missed some items in the game.

And to be honest, I don't really want replay a level when I missed one or two items for a few levels. Just wondering if there is perhaps a cheat to get the achievements.

Nope, the point of achievemments is to get them by skill. I suspect the developers/testers could manufacture the conditions to test they work rather than click a button or type a command. Your best best is to pick up the strategy guide or have a skim through the net to find one. As a starter for 10, here's an XBox 360 one which *should* have the pickups in the same locations:
