I just tried both these 3 solutions but no results. Still no "Activated" sound when pressing F1 at the main menu and stil no "Game found, trainer activated" on the trainer window.
At least, it doesn't crash my game...
The rogue DLL problem seems to affect all CH trainers in the same way. You can turn them on with F1, but trying to activate any individual cheat just doesn't work. You'll get no confirmation sound.
If it ISN'T this, then chances are this isn't where you problem lies.
This is pretty much parroting part of the troubleshooting guide, but check any virus checkers you have running, check window's defender status, check if you have any keyboard bind utilities running (say if you have a Razer keyboard or an NT52 or something).

Are you saying that despite having no confirmation sound, the trainer and its individual cheats may work nonetheless ?
I already have double checked for any virus, windows defender is permanently off and I have no keyboard utilites running.
In fact, just as the others with the same problem, this is the only trainer that doesn't work despite my PC being clean.
