Is there any techies up for a challange?Whenever I click on the Multiplayer opition on the main menu

Is there any techies up for a challange?Whenever I click on the Multiplayer opition on the main menu,my games crashes and closes. Does anyone know how to fix game crashing? There is like no scratches on the game. Can someone try to figure it out! TKS
