Player Power Points Toolbar

This toolbar has eight fields, and it seems that there's only 5 or max 6 point useable.
I have tried to edit the .ini file without any good resault for more power ponits.
Does anyone have some tip, if I can add more userpoints to any Character Class, as an example Adapt?
