It should support DX11 because it uses the new API. Make sure you have DX11 installed.

    **Edit**
Hey it looks like I'm getting ahead of myself. I am able to launch the game in DX11 mode but not enable the enhanced features, I'm using Windows 7 if it matters. Looking into it now....

    DX11 isnt a Vista feature.

    Its only Windows 7.

And also to the other people, there is DX11 Nvidia cards have been for a while, but very pricey. About a month away from retail cards for the public which will be on sale.

EDIT: The retail GPU's will be GF100 architecture, and will be called GT460 and GTX480.

There are NO nVidia DX11 cards right now, none. Only ATi has DX11 cards, their entire 5xxx line-up.

The GF100 (Fermi) is supposed to be DX11, but it was also supposed to come out before xmas so I'm not holding my breath over it either way. The latest reports aren't good on it; hot, power-hungry, and late are the three big words to describe it.

No there aren't. I think you're confusing their Tesla compute cards with video cards.

It is a correct statement to say the Vista and a DX 10 card will allow you to play on DX 11 mode, this I can confirm with my own eyes been playing it in DX 11 with an GTX280 and Vista.

BUT, 4 options for DX 11 are disabled...

DAB, do NOT spread misinformation. Just because Windows 7 was a launch platform for DX11, does NOT mean it's Win7 exclusive. I was under the same misunderstanding as well, but DX11 is fully usable in Vista so long as a DX11 card is used and the DX11 software is present and a DX11 game is being played.

There are no artificial impossibilities aside from the usual non-supported software (Windows XP) not getting it. Both vista and Win7 are well within their supported phase, which means both Win7 and Vista can fully utilize DX11 features.

Don't believe me? A quick google search will give you the lowdown on it.

I reiterate: DX11 is fully utilized by both Win7 and Vista so long as a DX11 card (IE: Radeon HD5770-5890) is present and DirectX is properly updated.

    Yo.
