OK, some last questions that I want to ask: can I run windows 7 with my specs (Video card - Nvidia GeForce 7600GS 512Mb; 3 Gb of RAM; Intel Core 2 Duo 6320 @ 1.86 Ghz CPU)? Can I run 64-bit windows 7 (that would be more comfortable for me)? AND, Can Saint's Row 2 run in 64-bit windows 7 version? That would be all.
You can, but I recommend the 32-bit version.
I took some, here are the links:

You can see it only happens in the cutscenes. His shirt and jeans should be orange, but it's black.
All right...This confirms that your graphic card is ****ed up (I can't find an appropriate word other than that).
This is the very same problem I had, sorry I have with mine. Just buy a new graphic card.
****. You could of tell me something better, like a lie... anyway, today I'm upgrading to windows 7, hope helps...
Sorry, but trust me on this that your graphic card is the root cause to your problems.
Windows 7 in gaming < Windows XP in gaming
Because you get better performance on XP.
Just for your information a link to the systemrequirements of Saints row 2: www.vgrequirements.info/saints-row-2-pc/
Hope it helps. And HonestGamer is right, i have so many games in my collection that run on windows Xp, but don't run properly or don't run at all on windows 7.
