Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Message Board  

If you looked at the updates in steam you see they have it to version 1.2 since November 22, 2007 and nothing changed in the next few updates. Because of this I've used the trainer 1.2 and it works. You should try this with other games as well on steam.
