Sorry for the double post, but I have a seperate question to the one I originally asked (hijacking my own thread? Shocking).
If I play through and finish the game with a character, destroying the collector base, that end game data and decision is stored in that specific characters profile for importing into ME3... now, if I loaded a previous save on that character and re-do the ending, but this time saving the collector base, does the previous end-game profile get overwritten with the new ending, or is it saved seperately in a new profile?
Sorry, that was a bit of a convaluted explanation... 😵 Hopefully my actual question is clear enough.
Actually I know very well what you mean and I think it will spawn another profile. It did for me in ME1. I finished it one time by following the story and finishing with level 57, then I loaded a previous save and got level 58. There were two saves of the same Shepherd, one with level 57 one with 58. If Bioware doesn't do something to effect this, it will work.
And I am the biggest moron on the earth... I just remembered that I could've used a console cheat to score level 60 on ME1 easy, of course that idea would hit me just after I finished ME2...
