lets be truthful bout this one guys.....
Who actually stayed faithful to their gf/bf in ME1?
i remember reading somewhere whether u remained true to ur original lover will affect something in ME3.
Any guesses what that might be? ....... my frd is finding it really hard to resist miranda over ashley, hahahahahaha

When I met up with Ashley, it was as if she wanted nothing to do with my character. She even wrote a message stating how she didn't want to "lose me again" so I took that as a sign of our relationship being over. What was I supposed to think after all that?
So of course I persued another relationship with Miranda (this playthrough) since Ash wanted nothing to do with me. If we don't hook up in ME3 then it's her own damn fault. Too much drama from her as it is anyway. Miranda seems more laid back so far anyway (haven't finished the game yet) and that suits me much better.

staying faithful means no fun. It's a game. It doesn't have to mimic life in all aspects.

Well, when I began, I intended to stay true to Liara and see if she still was alive after Shepard being spaced. I did find her eventually and I noticed they kissed, and that was it. I think she changed a little too much, way colder and all business. And since she said nothing about our relationship, I thought it was over. Eventually I just went with Tali'Zora, I bet she's quite beautiful under that suit of hers. We'll just have to wait and see in Mass Effect 3.

I used my Shepard from my 3rd runthrough of ME1 who, luckily, I hadn't romanced anyone with. So I had no worries about romancing Tali
Knowing Bioware and the way they brought through decisions you made in ME1 (and probably forgot about), if you romanced, say, Liara in ME1 then went for Miranda in ME2 there'll probably be something to bite you in the ass in ME3. Ahahah, that'll be an interesting cut scene.

I'm basically going to do two basic types of run-throughs of the game.
Paragon playthroughs where I stay faithful to Liara, and Renegade playthroughs where I cheat on Liara with either Tali or Jack.
