yup...once you trigger EDI to test the IFF, it's a one way journey.

As a standard warning, all should try to finish whatever there's to be done before going to the dead reaper to get the IFF. Cause after that mission, EDI is prepping the IFF without a specific time frame, but you can be certain she is doing it. Hence, you only have time to go complete Legion's loyalty mission after the reaper IFF mission.

Don't be discouraged though, even after you come back to the Normandy after the collector attack, I think you still have time for ONE more mission. Considering if...you only have Jacob's mission to do.

Another side note, you don't have to do Jacob's loyalty mission to get him to give you the armor upgrade, just speak to him. Armor was like the first upgrade option I had.

You get forced into the mission aboard the 'disabled' collector vessel, but after that you're free to take your time before doing the IFF mission, in which you should get any remaining team members and their loyalty missions/upgrades.

After that, you do the IFF mission, then, to confirm the above post, you get 1 more mission in which you can do Legion's loyalty. After that you're forced into the end game (assuming you want to Spoiler:).

1 mission you can do, you do 2 missions KElly dies, you do 3 mission all crew dies beside the Doc

so to save them all i am forced to relead 4 hours back, i doubt i have that long

I played it through several times. First time I did two missions and everyone except Chakwas dies. Second playthrough I did Legions mission then went through and everyone survived. -shrugs- Just saying how it happened with my playthrough.
