Can anyone tell me which squad mates I get which ship upgrades from. I know that I get the ships cannon upgrade from Garrus and I get the med bay upgrade from Doctor Chakwas. Did I spell her name right??? Any help would be most appreciated.

I think all of them have something to offer.
Speak to them often. Choose Investigate and then see if there is an option called "UPGRADES"

*At least most of them do.

Vital Upgrades:
Tali upgrades the shields.
Jacob upgrades the armor.

Good but non-vital upgrades:
Samara increase fuel capacity to 1500.
Miranda upgrades the mineral scanner.
Thane increases the probe capacity to 60.

As for your Prima guide, yeah I believe it. I have one for Knights of the Old Republic II by Prima and it has information listed in the wrong places (e.g. one upgrade's stats under another's heading).

and don't forget about the "BIG GUNS" upgrade from garrus

Another non-vital upgrade:
Doctor Chakwas offers to upgrade medical-station thus enabling you to remove the cyberimplant-scars from Shepards face

Although Terminator Shepard looks pretty cool

yeah, be sure to upgrade ur ship fully before going on the suicide mission or ur team mates will die

i am stuck with the super bug, the annoying AUTO TRIGGER joker mission(seth green mission)

looked everywhere for an edit how to change the timer for the auto trigger so i can do jacobs loyalty mission so i can get the armor, jack dies everytime i fly in now, very annoying as paragon so i load everytime and try to find a cheat, either to get the armor upgrade or to change the auto trigger timer

found none
