Well I just found out that you cannot get a second weapon from the collector ship on your second play through. I read that you can edit coalesced.ini to get those weapons. I been searching the web but not having much luck. Could someone point me to the right direction or give me some guidance so I can get the 3 weapons from collector ship.

Ye i would like to know this too. Have all 3 guns from that ship and best have them from start.

wait... i had no option to get a new gun, just an option to get new gun training...?

how about searching this forum? Topic "Have all Weapons for any Class MOD", on page 1 you have a detailed guide on how to edit, on page 2, Draesk has the solution for the special weapons.
