guys i know this is probably too pre-mature to ask. will there be a ME3? if so..when do u think we'll hear about it?

Yes there will be a 3. Its a trilogy after all

Latest rumours says around new year 2011/2012.

In some of the loading screens it does day things like "upload your save to Mass Effect 3... if you survive" so... yeah it is possible.

i can't wait for 2011 and i most certainly hope i don't have to wait till 2012 for ME3.

This is from wikipedia, so I am not too sure, but rumor is that it's been confirmed for January 2011.

wooo hooooo!! sorry got carried away there. u just gave me some very good news. wiki news is usually accurate unless they delay the release due to some reason. so i guess i'll have to save the game's save game some place safe i just visited wiki and read the entire page. yes they've already started work on ME3 and since there'll be no major changes or updates in the graphics or the game physics of the game it should be out by Jan 2011.

mass effect 3 was confirmed after the first one came out.

Bioware has always planed this as a trilogy and mass effect 2 even says int he loading screens, hold onto your saves for mass effect 3.

As far as a release date goes. I think we may get a teaser trailer at E3 this year, for release sometime during 2011.

personally i think it'll be fall 2011. Teaser at E3 this year (big maybe) and most likely a full trailer by E3 2011.

As far as the first info. Again, E3 which is in june, to fall of this year.
