So, I noticed that my product version is 1.2.20608.0

And that the most recent trainer is only 1.02

I don't suppose that a newer version could be produced? Oh well, guess I better head over to Mass Effect 2...

Patch 1.02 is the latest version of Mass Effect.


If you run the Configuration Utility, then click Mass Effect under the Game tab on the left, you should see it stating that MassEffect.exe is v1.02.

Thanks for the heads up. The windows Games folder listed something different.

It always does... Windows uses .exe file attributes to detect application versions, whereas games and applications often use shorter version names (1.02) for internal release/revision version names (such as 1.2.20608.0 - different names for the same release in other words).
