How can you get the ending that will result in Shepard's death?


I tried everything:
*No upgrades
*No loyalty ('cept 2 because I needed it for experience to continue the story line)
*Picked the worst qualified person per requirement`
*Took a long time to kill the enemies

But nope... everyone died 'cept the people I brought to fight the final battle.





`For tech specialist, picked Mordin. For leader, picked Tali.

I know one way to make Shepard die:

Romance with Morinth and in the end you can sleep with her thus
ending Shepard's life.

Can you romance with Marinth, if you choose her over Samara during her loyalty mission?

The only way to start to romance her is by choosing her in Samara
loyalty mission. after you choose Samara to be killed you can
start a romance with Morinth but I didn't try it yet so I cant tell
you how to do it you'll have to find out yourself. but you must
choose kill Samara if you want to romance Morinth.

Yes of course, chose Morinth insteed of Samara .. (i did it)

and after the suicide mission u can sleep with her, it will ends in shepards death it's funny .. u survived the reaper but u will die, if u have sex with morinth *g

Come to think of it, if you choose Morinth and romance her, don't you just get a game over screen and restart?

I mean kill Shepard for the 3rd game...
