Cant add the 1,2 patch to my hellgate london .... I run the patch and then it says it cant find hellgate london... got any idea?

What os are you running? It will only find the trainer in Vista 64, if you run the DX9 32 launcher and have the proper .dll files in same directory. The link to the files is posted here somewhere.
