Hi there,
I'm stuck in the mission where I need to help Garrus. I'm in the warehouse where Harkin stoods behind a window at the very end, shot all the enemies down. Now only those flying robots carrying boxes are left. My ships VI has told me that they will explode when hit, but in fact they just turn black and fall down. I've virtually hit any of those d*mn boxes at any point with any weapon, but the story doesn't continue.
Would please anyone tell me what to do know? I really enjoyed ME2 till now, but either I'm to dumb to see the obvious or the game developers have really crossed the line here.
EDIT: Okay, found it out. You have to climb the empty platforms here. As there seem to be no key to jump, you will have to take cover (by pressing SPACE) before each platform. A second SPACE keypress will make Shepherd climb onto that platform. IMHO, a really brain-damaged way of control and surely NOT obvious.

You have to climb up to the left side of the control center(where Harkin is standing). Climb up by pressing "w + spacebar" all the way to the top. About 4~5 stairs, if my memory is right. There is an entrance and when you get near it, a cutscene will take over.

Thanks, baehw! Your post and my edit overlapped. I tried that W and SPACE together - the effect seems identically to pressing only SPACE. Shepherd takes cover on the first keypress and climbs up when leaving cover.
Anyway - at least I can continue to play now... ;-)
