the preload hads started for the Steam Versions of the game.
But only if you Live in NA

If it Docent Start Automatically you will need to go to Settings under steam and Sigh up for Beta Cliets Restart steam and it should start.

They Aparently Relased prelaod but it failed do to problems and there currently working on the fix. With the beta Client. " i think its Fixed now "
