I've been trying to level my captain, but ever since I stopped finding Maxis made adventures and kept running into player created ones, I have had a VERY hard time leveling. Many, if not most of the adventures I find are any combination of: Stupid, confusing, pointless, in a language I cannot read, and pretty much ALWAYS gives very low exp, like 5 points... I even ran into a bad ripoff of a Maxis made adventure (one of only like 7 Maxis one's i've played) in a language i cannot read. It took a pretty straightforward, fun mission and made it into an annoying, confusing, and visually unappealing mess. Now I'm not saying they are all bad adventures, many Ive found are very creative, visually pleasing, have good stories behind them, and are fun to play, but are plagued by very low exp yield like the others. I just wish I could encounter Maxis made adventures more often so I could get my freaking exp. Any suggestions?

ask EA to boost the points for user made levels... I would like to have my very complex story be worth 100 points easy.. But I'm stuck at 15.. WTF EA??? I hate the game now it's unplayable...

Oh great, I just found out that there are only 16 Maxis adventures!

Now spore won't login.. even on a clean o/s install!!!!!!!!!!

these adventures suck regardless, they should have just added in what the game needed not the pile of trash they put in with this bad excuse of an expansion.

I can't help your problem, but I can tell you how the exp number is calculated...
EXP is found by 2 things... The number of times people have failed your adventure, and the total number of plays. EA won't fix anything, just like they won't release a public dr. pepper parts pack and patch...

Well the EXP engine is so god damn bad it's amazing, i have never gotten further then lvl 7
