Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Super Damage
Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 4: No Reload
Numpad 5: Unlimited Grenades
Numpad 6: Unlimited Jet Boost
Numpad 7: Add 1000 Tech Points
Numpad 8: Moon Jump
Numpad 9: Bullet Matrix Mode
Numpad 0: AI Awareness
Numpad *: Super Speed
Numpad /: Team Health


Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - this will try to keep your health to 100%.
Numpad 2: Super Damage - you will kill most things with ease. Turn this off
to prevent friendlies from getting super damage.
Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo - most weapons will have unlimited ammo.
Numpad 4: No Reload - most weapons will not need to reload.
Numpad 5: Unlimited Grenades - you can throw grenades endlessly.
Numpad 6: Unlimited Jet Boost - your jet pack will have unlimited boost.
Numpad 7: Add 1000 Tech Points - press while in the game to add 1000 tech points each
time you press the key. You may not see you have increased until you enter a
weapon locker or until you gather more tech in the game.
Numpad 8: Moon Jump - your jumps will be higher and further.
Numpad 9: Bullet Matrix Mode - with Super Damage OFF, you will see that enemies you
hit with gunfire will be in 'Slow Mo' mode and cannot defend themselves.
Numpad 0: AI Awareness - with this on, you will find that as you enter areas with
enemies they may not see you. Also, in areas where enemies already see you
they may have difficulty moving.
Numpad *: Super Speed - increases your movement speed
Numpad /: Team Health - tries to keep your buddies alive

Thanks for the trainer! But, I think there is an issue. It is causing my game to crash. I am using the retail version of the game, and the unlimited health and ammo options. I am currently at the "Village Attack" part of the game. Up to this point I was not playing with the trainer.

Edit: Just tried it again and waited to turn on trainer. The game crashes as soon as I hit F1 to activate trainer.

Try using the no-cd fix. Disable AV, Run as Admin, etc.
