Ok, ive used this before and had no problems with it, now when i push f1 at the main menu and the options i wanted it crashes the game on level load. I have steam version of it and windows 7 64bit. uac is off and fraps is off and i have no antivirus running in the background. please help me because i wanna run around and not die while throwing 400000 grenades lol.

There was =another= patch today (1/13/10), a mini patch, took about 5 seconds, which has disabled the most current trainer.
Hang tight - help should be along shortly - although I don't know how long CH will want to keep updating a trainer for a game that gets outdated by IW every few weeks.
After today, I have set my game for 'do not automatically update' in my Steam games folder. Bastids.
