I have the same problem, with the trainer activated it seems to cause a crash to desktop at this part of the game, its fine untill this point.
I have windows 7 64bit as well
Not complaining at all, just noticed the post and have the same problem

Same problem here to, it works fine if the trainer is not active. But if the trainer is active it crashes 5.2 seconds after the Huge creature appears! PWizard I can Send you some logs of the crash if that would help you fix this problem?
