Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 Message Board  

downloaded the trainer for command and conquer red alert 3. the trainer 1.09 and when i try to activate it on the main menu it says cannot find game. please help me as i am stupid with these things.
PS: you guys rock with this website

Of course its can't find the game IF U DON'T START THE GAME after u start the trainer

First, start the trainer AFTER READING THE TRAINER INSTRUCTION
Second, start the game
Third, press F1 in the main menu to activated the trainer
Fourth, start activated the trainer feat that u need during playing or for some feats, its need to be activated in certain place or situation or game menu

i did do that will all trainers and the others work for my other games just fine except this one. on the main menu of the game i press f1 and its says unable to find game. so need to know if this trainer is not working or do i have to upgrade to unlimited status to get the better trainer to work for the game

And you're sure its 1.9.

i think u should check ur game and trainer version.

Quite a few reasons:-

1) Incorrect game version.
2) Changed the game executable's name.
3) Firewall/AV blocking the trainer.
4) Run the game first, alt+tab to desktop, run the trainer and then activate it.
5) Use a No DVD fix.

1-maybe wrong version
2-some trainers must be installed and ran from the game directory.

why repeat on what already has been suggested?

and no, almost none of the trainers require to be present in the game directory to work!
