I would also like to know if there is a trainer that works on the steam version becuase the newest trainer does nothing.
I have been searching high and low for something that works and the only one I found that works is by h4x0r and that doesn't have a health or god option. I've found some things about an xlive.dll file that I don't see included with the Steam version, basically I think that because the xlive.dll file isn't there, it's hopeless for a trainer for the steam version of 1.0.0.4 from CH. doh.

Anyone know which trainer works well with the Steam version. Not sure exactly what's causing it but it seems to be when I try to use a trainer, but the game keeps crashing. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit with SLI enabled dual Nvidia GeForce 8800 756mb video cards and 6GB of RAM. It's the update v 1.0.04 and the h4x0r trainer doesn't have god mode. I know you guys stopped making trainers for the game but does anyone have any input.I downloaded the most recent update that says it's for 1.0.0.4 but the trainer tells me it doesn't match the game.

For me, GTA 4 does not run with SLI enabled.
