lol I decided to try and avoid the ending, in replaying it...yeah doesn't work. There's really only one ending, despite the claims on the box that state
"Dynamically unfolding storyline depending on your choices and skills."
They should've included a disclaimer that said no matter what you choose it won't make a difference.
These games have to stop pretending to have friendship/honor systems by inserting "moral choice" options in quests. If the choice doesn't make a difference, it's a useless feature.
My all time favorite "moral choice" option for gaming has been Mass Effect's option to kill or not kill a certain someone...
That choice made a difference.

Awful. I don't mind twist endings; I just hate railroad endings. The game itself fooled you into thinking that moral choices actually matter. You could be the biggest butthead or noblest paladin ever and still come up against the same outcome.
Previous to that delve into depressing European psychology, once you fly into the endgame zone, there is no going back short of a save point. None of the unique or epic gear you find is worth a damn because the enchants are worthless compared to what you've probably already customized. You can send those back to the tower (why not yourself?!) or just ignore them. Your choice.
I know the devs had a strict storyline in mind, but this kind of stuff is best reserved to books and movies, not the kind of product a user spends hours in developing his own character.

Alternate ending in my opinion. Keep the end story, cut sceen and all the same. But have one hell of a huge bad @# dragon fight like the flying forts. Get into Daimian home either fight and win or die a horrible death. Who knows what they have in store next or any thing at all. But they should have atleast let us fight it out, and not die in some retarded dream.
