Sounds like you don't have enough video memory if it can't load all of the necessary textures.
The minimums aren't guaranteed to work well, it's just what the program needs to open and run.

OK first make sure ur system has at least 4 gigs of ram thats a no brainer. secondly if a game doesn't work right try a fresh reinstall by uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling it from nothing. Another thing you need to check is if you have all the right patches for the game to. a game like cod mw2 would probable require you to have some of the most basic internet but to be safe i would have at least 2 MB internet with a cad 5 network going throw ur house. No if you have done all of this and or have all of this. I would then return the game and exchange it for a different copy if its within ur 30 days of buying it!
Hope this helps let me know if you have other questions

CAT5. Not "cad 5". That's just an ISO standard for cabling, it's not a kind of network.

What processor are you running? Plus if you're using a 6600gt then thats the minimum recommended specs for the game, so unless you're trying to run it on full detail, that could be the problem.
