This trainer is working just fine for me, except whit the salaries budget. I get that huge amount of money to my salaries budget, but when i try to sign some staff/players a message appears saying that my budget isn't enough...any clues?

I am not using the trainer, and I have the same problem. Added ALOT to the saleries budget, but still cant hire cheap staff members.
Been searching far and wide for a solution, nothing found yet

It seems the only useful option of this trainer is the transfer budget one...because all the others don't seem to have a real effect, since for instance when you try to hire staff, build youth camps or expand the facilities of your stadium, the budget is never enough, despite the huge amount of money that is made available, trough the trainer options. I'm only able to do those sort of stuff if they fall within the budget I negotiated in my contract in the beginning of the season...does this happens to anyone else?

Found this in a tips & tricks for Fifa manager 10:
STAFF SALARIES: If your president doesn’t allow you to sign new staff members, you can change the staff salary in the financial status screen. Simply click on the number to edit the amount.
EDIT: Found it... Go to Financiel Status, change one of the calculations to "current calculation" and change the number for staff saleries! That did the trick
