Spider queen is kinda easy, all you have to do is use the abyssal chains to get close then smash her with Chaos Eater. after a couple of hits run away and wait till you can do it again, after three rounds she will climb to ceiling of the room and drop bombs ta you, when that happens once again use the chains to reach her and youre done.

past her finshed the game half way into secound play on hard
if you thorght the spider queen was hard wait for the destroyer boss fight
